What I offer

I specialise in facilitating leaders, business owners and entrepreneurs in improving their performance.

Performance coaching works by setting aside time with a coach so you can 1) get clarity about the goals you want to achieve 2) learn about how to build a strategy so you can achieve your goals and 3) be held accountable for your progress.


Instead of being told what to do coaching works off the principle that you have the answers and with the right conditions created by the coach those answers will become more obvious to you via insights. Coaching is about facilitating positive change by improving thinking. My role is to enable you to think better, not to tell you what to do. When you arrive at your own solutions you are more likely to commit to long-term behavioral changes as a result.
