In addition to his leadership facilitation, Des is an experienced executive coach, partnering with leaders across a range of industries to support them in achieving peak performance. His background in Sport and Education, including lecturing at University College Cork (UCC) and coaching elite junior athletes at the Rafa Nadal Academy, has equipped him to design transformative experiences that resonate with both individuals and groups.

Des has worked with senior managers from global companies such as Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, Amazon, and Johnson & Johnson, as well as CEOs of tech start-ups. Currently a subject matter expert in Coaching for Leaders at the Professional Academy at University College Dublin, Des is also accredited by both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring Coaching Council (EMCC).
