Des Golden specialises in curating neuroscience-based leadership development programmes that deliver measurable results for teams. By designing bespoke workshops tailored to the unique needs of each organisation, Des helps leaders and teams enhance their communication, cognitive performance, and leadership capabilities under pressure.

In addition to his leadership facilitation, Des is an experienced executive coach, partnering with leaders across a range of industries to support them in achieving peak performance. His background in Sport and Education, including lecturing at University College Cork (UCC) and coaching elite junior athletes at the Rafa Nadal Academy, has equipped him to design transformative experiences that resonate with both individuals and groups.

Des has worked with senior managers from global companies such as Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, Amazon, and Johnson & Johnson, as well as CEOs of tech start-ups. His workshops and coaching interventions have enabled these leaders and their teams to optimise cognitive performance and navigate leadership challenges effectively.

Currently a subject matter expert in Coaching for Leaders at the Professional Academy at University College Dublin, Des is also accredited by both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring Coaching Council (EMCC). He combines extensive industry experience with academic insight to deliver truly impactful leadership solutions.

Craig Fletcher
Craig Fletcher is a mission-aligned, impact-driven global executive with over 25 years’ leadership experience spanning philanthropy, social development, and international operations. He has successfully led multimillion-dollar donor-funded programs for USAID, the Gates Foundation, and the Ministries of Health in India and Ethiopia, and directed strategic funding initiatives across more than 15 countries.
Craig’s career blends high-level program management with strategic consulting, interim leadership, and philanthropic advisory services. He has scaled organisations, built cross-cultural teams, and steered complex change and crisis management initiatives. Craig has considerable first-hand experience in developing corporate strategy, foreign investment facilitation, and multi-subsidiary growth. His leadership roles at Dimagi, NASDAQ, Viasat, Besedo, and Dell saw him implement large-scale digital transformation projects and operational improvements across five continents.
A graduate of the High Impact Professionals Impact Accelerator Program, Craig holds certifications in Six Sigma, COPC, HR analytics, and leadership, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Deeply aligned with effective altruism principles, he is committed to maximising the impact of philanthropic capital through transparent, evidence-based decision-making. Craig is recognised for his ability to connect strategy with execution, driving measurable results in challenging, high-stakes environments.
