Des Golden specialises in neuroscience-based leadership development that delivers real, measurable change. By designing bespoke workshops and coaching programmes tailored to the unique needs of each organisation, Des helps leaders and teams enhance their communication, cognitive performance, and ability to lead effectively under pressure.

With a background spanning elite sport, academia, and global business, Des brings a rare combination of rigour and practicality to his work. His experience coaching at the Rafa Nadal Academy, combined with lecturing at University College Cork, has shaped his ability to design transformative experiences that resonate deeply with both individuals and groups.

Des has partnered with senior leaders from global companies including Microsoft, Amazon, LinkedIn, and Johnson & Johnson, as well as CEOs of high-growth tech start-ups. A facilitator and instructional designer at the NeuroLeadership Institute, he is certified in Brain-Based Facilitation and works at the forefront of AI-powered leadership development, helping organisations scale coaching and embed lasting behavioural change faster than ever before.

Currently a subject matter expert in Coaching and Leadership at UCD Professional Academy, Des holds accreditations from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring Coaching Council (EMCC).

 

Fluent in English and Spanish, he works across diverse international contexts delivering programmes that leave leaders genuinely better equipped to perform when it matters most.

Craig Fletcher is a mission-aligned, impact-driven global executive with over 25 years’ leadership experience spanning philanthropy, social development, and international operations. He has successfully led multimillion-dollar donor-funded programs for USAID, the Gates Foundation, and the Ministries of Health in India and Ethiopia, and directed strategic funding initiatives across more than 15 countries.

Craig’s career blends high-level program management with strategic consulting, interim leadership, and philanthropic advisory services. He has scaled organisations, built cross-cultural teams, and steered complex change and crisis management initiatives. Craig has considerable first-hand experience in developing corporate strategy, foreign investment facilitation, and multi-subsidiary growth. His leadership roles at Dimagi, NASDAQ, Viasat, Besedo, and Dell saw him implement large-scale digital transformation projects and operational improvements across five continents.

A graduate of the High Impact Professionals Impact Accelerator Program, Craig holds certifications in Six Sigma, COPC, HR analytics, and leadership, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Deeply aligned with effective altruism principles, he is committed to maximising the impact of philanthropic capital through transparent, evidence-based decision-making. Craig is recognised for his ability to connect strategy with execution, driving measurable results in challenging, high-stakes environments.
